Shipping Costs:
SWEDEN: Shipping fee of 59kr.
Payment:
Payment by VISA, Mastercard or Maestro.
VAT is included in the price.
Order Confirmation:
Once we receive your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail with information about your order. Always check your order confirmation so that everything looks OK. If it would be any questions, please contact us immediately.
Delivery:
For deliveries we use PostNord. Your products will be delivered to your nearest delivery location. Once your package can be picked up, you will be notified via sms. Remember that your ID is required to pick up the package.
Delivery Times:
Delivery times within Sweden is normally between 2-4 working days. In exceptional cases, it happens that our carrier does not have a daily run-out of the packages (less populated areas), then the delivery time may be extended slightly.
Damages To The Shipment:
If you upon receipt of your package at the delivery agent discover that the the package itself is visibly damaged during transport, this should be claimed directly to the delivery agent. If you find that when unpacking the contents are damaged, please contact us: order@bythea.se
